All Fealor products come with a 12-month warranty providing that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. The 12-month warranty is valid for the original purchaser from the date of initial purchase through the term of the warranty period.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?

Keep the original sales receipt, make sure it is purchased in new condition and from www.fealor.com, along with photos or videos of the issue, is required when submitting any warranty claims. If a defect occurs as the result of the Product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. 

We’re dedicated to making products that are of high quality. However, for the very small chance of receiving a defective item, please contact us via mail@fealor.com and our customer service will respond within 24 hours.

 

Potential Causes

It is possible that items might be damaged due to rough handling during shipping. Please accept our sincere apology in advance. If you have questions on how to use an item, please refer to Product Manual page for detailed instructions.

We will not honor any claims and damage due to normal wear and use, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, improper maintenance, storage, or cleaning.
