How to Place an Order?

To place an order on www.fealor.com, begin by locating the product you’re interested in. You can search by model number or name using the magnifying glass (search) option at the top of the website.

If your item is in stock, select the quantity you desire and click "Add to Cart." Once you've finished selecting items, click the shopping cart icon at the top, and then click “Check Out” to proceed to checkout.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Once your order is paid for, we will initiate the shipping process promptly. However, you can still request to cancel an unwanted item by reaching out to us via our Contact Us page or by writing an email to mail@fealor.com. Please note that if a product is already in the shipping process, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

You can request a change to your shipping address by contacting us via our Contact Us page or by emailing us at mail@fealor.com. Please ensure to include your order ID in your communication.

My Order Has Been Shipped, Can I Change the Shipping Address?

Once an order has been shipped, rerouting is not possible. While you may attempt to contact the shipping company to request a reroute, please be aware that we cannot guarantee its feasibility. Generally, rerouting is only possible within the same state.

Why Has My Order Been Canceled by You?

If we have canceled your order, we will provide an explanation via email detailing the reason. Please note that we only charge verified orders and do not impose any fees for canceled orders.

Why Haven’t I Received Any Tracking Information Yet?

If three business days have passed since you placed your order and you haven’t received any tracking information, please contact us via our Contact Us page or by emailing mail@fealor.com. Kindly provide your order ID for reference, and we will furnish you with a tracking number to monitor your order.

Why Is There No Tracking Information for My Order?

Sometimes, there may be delays in updating shipping information. Additionally, there could be instances where no tracking information is available, despite the goods having arrived.

The Status of My Tracking Link Shows "Delivered," But I Haven’t Received Anything Yet?

If your tracking link indicates that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the shipping provider via email or phone. Ensure to provide your tracking number and explain the situation. They will investigate further and provide you with assistance.
